This review is from: 11 Foot Green Market Umbrella, Tilt and Crank Features, Awning Brand New The market umbrella was awful. The tan material has dark tan spots all over it. The crank was a joke and would probably have broken with the first few uses. I knew the price was too good to be true. On a positive note, Petra , the manufacturer, refunded my money as soon as they received my complaint. They were great about it! Amazon was also great in their follow up! I received the umbrella quickly and it was exactly what I had ordered. For the price it is a very nice unit. One word of warning, the pole is larger than a standard 9 foot umbrella so you have to make sure your stand and table have a 2" hole.
