This is every bit the same as what I buy at a local pool store for about $20 less. Those make it about 2 years in the hot NV sun, and I suspect this one will also. Just the nature of the Vegas beast.I always get those that have a crank, which this one does. This review is from: TropiShade 9-Feet Bronze Aluminum Market Umbrella with Rust Poly Cover (Lawn & Patio) I am very happy with this umbrella. The rust color is absolutely beautiful in the sun!! Hopefully it won't fade too quickly, I guess only time will tell. My backyard does get pretty windy and so far it has stayed put. I use it in my existing umbrella stand which has a built in twist screw that goes into a hole that is in the bottom of the umbrella pole. We waited a few days without doing this, and it actually did blow away to the other side of the yard! But it held up fine, and hasn't done it since.
